Hey everyone, playing a campaign as a Tech-Priest and was looking at the value of a good-quality Cortex Implant. Given my Intelligence of 37, combined with being trained and an expert in Medicae and Tech Use with the relevant mechadendrites surely I wouldn't be able to fail a roll, because of (37x2=74 10 20 = 104), with the exception of rolling a 100. Just wanted to hear everyone's thoughts.
