So I'm playing a psyker this campaign and I decided to go a more subtle route with telekinesis. I just picked up telekine shield but I'm a pretty unclear regarding the cover bonus and how to destroy said cover.
From reading the book and how the ability works, I have total cover of 2 (pay rating 4/2), which is cool, but then from destroying cover, when damage is done that exceeds the covers armor rating, it is then reduced by 1.
So, since my armor rating is 2, if say I were to take a hit of 12 some place, my cover would just go down to 1 until the next hit?
Am I missing something? Guidance and thanks.
