In the early moments of the book master of mankind, the emperor uses a chaos worshipping clan leader on earth, and the increasing excesses this leader did to save his own clan, as justification for destroying him ( The clan leader) utterly.
While I read it I wondered how he didn't drop dead of hypocrisy.
