Can a psyker safely causally use his powers.
Post Body
Let assume we got a decently powerful psyker, who been well trained so he knows what he doing. Can he do small tricks without risking perils of warp, and accidentally having demons on head. Something like heat up his tea, soothe his fellow guardsmen arthritis, read minds in poker, or catch balls with TK.
basially is it safe for a trained psyker to do things that are easy for them.

Prospero had the rare honor of having working psyker traditions that were actually flexible and didn't mostly involve warding and speaking to the clouds. Even 10 thousand years later nobody else has this level of competence. In fact if we're to give Tzeentch a bit more credit than he deserves you could easily assume that Magnus was sent there primarily to ensure that a sane & functional approach to warp craft never fell into Imperial hands.
Humanity is the only race that is vaguely approaching a degree of understanding regarding the post-Fall Warp. Everyone else either runs off instinct or various copes that massively gimp them.
