Everything is true, nothing is true thing that bl claims allows them to just say whatever, whenever, no actual consistency.

I'm listening to the latest siege of Terra book, things said by characters in past books are completely different.

Depictions of characters author's have claimed readers are butt hurt about and have no business complaining about because "everything is true... blah blah" are suddenly the opposite of everything that's been said about them by said author.

If you read this last book by itself, you would have a very different view of things said directly by characters and their motivations than some one who read every book but this one.

It's gotten to where I am just going along just to get it over with and not paying attention to any dialog inner or outer whatsoever.
