I’ve had a couple of questions come up in my games and I’m fairly new so I would love some input!

Can you use the Guerilla Tactics strat after performing an action? (Ex. Placing an infiltrator on a forward obj, doing raise the banners, then the stratagem?)
Do Character models with Look Out Sir get protected by models that aren’t visible to the enemy? The rule says “Closest enemy unit” not “Closest eligible target.
Can Phobos units be placed down on the same turn they were taken off the board by Guerilla Tactics?
Do dreadnoughts with Obsec count as more than one model?
