My ability cards aren’t adding any stats to my character?

For my p4 Kim, I have all of her ability cards filled on, but I’m seeing that only one of the cards is effecting her stats. I have two jump shot improving cards ( 7.6% 3 point shot success rate and 3.6% open shot success rate) however, when I look at her attributes, her 3 point shot rate seems unaffected. Are the cards not working properly or am I missing something?
