Homebrew gone wrong?

So I followed the homebrew guide to a T. Everything was going smooth and then seemingly out of nowhere I lost all my Homebrew apps like FBI and the likes. But I can open the Gm9 menu as well as luma. But I can't install any .cias or anything. Or if they did install they're not showing up.
