Transfering game data from old SD card to new Jailbroken SD Card?

Help a brother out, lads.
Long story short, finally deciced to jailbreak my old 2DS, for which I got a new SD card just for the task. The old one was 4GBs, while the new one is 128GBs. However, I never managed to figure out how to transfer my old game data from the old SD to the new one during the process, and I'd really rather have that stuff with me. Any help is appreciated, por favor.
