Twilight Menu Not Loading Saves?

Been looking for a solution to this for about two days. I've been playing Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue Rescue Team on my 3DS but every time I boot up the 3DS and try opening the game it acts like there's no save game at all despite it having saved and created a .sav file. Any clues what's going on here?
