We have achieved so much in the 3DS homebrew community but there is still one thing I haven't seen so far. A simple media player like MoonShell which was very popular back in the DS days. I take a lot of screenshots with NTR CFW but I always have to transfer them to my PC to check if they are good enough. It would be much easier to look at them directly on the 3DS. The music player built in the 3DS is also not that great. In my opinion a good media player should have a:

• picture viewer (jpg, png, bmp for NTR CFW, ...)
• music player (mp3, m4a, ogg, ...)
• simple text editor (.txt)
• file manager (renaming, deleting, copy to another folder, ...)

There was also a tool for the PC, that converted 3D videos so that the 3DS camera could use them. Support for those videos would be great but I don't think it's the most important feature. The 3DS is not a device I want to watch movies on.
