So I was looking at a pure charisma paladin, and realized that with the Dragon fear half-feat, combined with the Oath of Crown’s champions challenge, you can effectively root a crowd of enemies to a single circle around you.

This is assuming they fail both saving throws, which should happen reliably often if we’re going max charisma. They will be unable to move away from you, or towards you, and will only be able to orbit you in a circle. The only way out is if they take damage, which gives the chance to only break the fear effect, while the challenge effect remains.

It can all also be done in just one turn, as champion’s challenge is a bonus action and the breath attack takes an action, or just an attack with fizban’s dragon born.

Thought this was a pretty funny interaction and can come online as early as level 4. Any other suggestions on how to abuse this?
