How Can I Make A "Warlock"?

Hey 3d6!

I tend to play a lot of Warlocks as I like filling the needs of the party and it's a great class to do that with. But I do it so often that my group has all multiclassed Warlock for the campaign I'm DMing to make fun of me.

So here comes the idea. I won't play a Warlock for a LONG time, but I wanna have a character idea/class/race combo based on each Warlock subclass to lean into it a bit more, without just being "that guy".

So what class combos could you come up with for each subclass of Warlock in 5e? (Save Celestial. Already did that as a Light Cleric.)
