Post Body

I dig giant robots! You dig giant robots! We dig giant robots! Chicks dig giant robots!... Thats why Rumble named his mech Tristy right? Hopefully I wasn’t the only Megas XLR fan growing up, but yeah, today we’re covering Rumble.

  • If you’re interested in any previous installments, you can find them here
  • All champions are chosen at random via Ultimate Bravery
  • All champions in this series will be built to a level 20 fantasy but that doesn’t mean you have to be level 20 in order to enjoy most of the core mechanics of the champion
    • Rumble was kinda tough for me to multiclass in a way that made sense to me so I just decided to keep it straight to the point of big robot while also being environmentally adaptable. Hopefully general, but effective.
  • Basic Champion Information
    • Image
    • Lore
      • Rumble is a young inventor with a temper. Using nothing more than his own two hands and a heap of scrap, the feisty yordle constructed a colossal mech suit outfitted with an arsenal of electrified harpoons and incendiary rockets. Though others may scoff and sneer at his junkyard creations, Rumble doesn't mind—after all, he's the one with the flamespitter.
      • Cinematics: Pentakill: Mortal Reminder
      • Short Stories: Shuriman Trash
  • Goals/Gameplay Mechanics we want to emulate
    • Rideable Mech
      • Armorer Artificer is a solid choice for this to flavor the armor like we did with Corki
      • Battlesmith Artificer is also a fun choice and the one I’m most tempted to go with. Maybe not as good as it has its cons and you get less to outfit your robot with.
    • Flamethrowers and ult (honestly just see if your DM will let you have the fire spells. I tried a 5-6 level Wizard dip for them and it just felt weird imo. It’s not a lot so hopefully it’s reasonable.)
      • Burning Hands
      • Agnazzar’s Scorcher
      • Dragon’s Breath
