So with the new tasha’s magic items, bards can have +5 to their save dc.... what horrors of control spells does this entail?

So tasha’s cauldron has added a number of class specific magic items to boost SAVE DC of spells. One for the bard is the “rhythm-makers drum” for a 1/2/3 bonus as an uncommon/rare/very rare item. However they also have the “reveler’s concertina” which grants a 2 bonus, and it is a rare item.

With a 3 drum and the concertina, you end up with a 5 save dc bonus, which is absurd.

Now 8 5 6 5 = 24 save dc. You need a 4 (18 or proficiency, or paladin aura) in order to even be able to succeed on a 20.

What horribly busted things can be done with this? (And more importantly magical secrets spells?)
