The character starts at level 8 and I’m not opposed to multiclassing.
So the wife is joining me for her first time D&D game and she’s described her character as someone who weaves magic into fabrics, wants to be good at throwing knives but is just average with them.
She doesn’t think much about combat and she’s told me this woman wouldn’t go around slinging spells, but her magic is innate and lets he weave protective spells into cloaks or boots or whatever. I feel like her combat will be relegated to knife throwing so maybe a Rogue or Arcane trickster with some Artificer thrown in to fulfill that role playing aspect of a magical loomist.
