a black dragonborn who looks like the classic evil grand vizier mage who wants to overthrow the king but is actually a genuinely nice guy who wants to help the recently orphaned way too young for this king to grow into his role as he deals with the prying eyes and evil rebels wanting to overthrow the young naive king, basically the dad who stepped up.
dk what mage class i should choose... i wanna ruin someone's day and sling spells
edit: never played a mage before but i dabbled with bards and druids if that helps
(2014 dnd works but i wanna try out the new 2024 stuff)
