Hey guys, so we have a campaign upcoming. I am planning on paladin but not sure about the details.

More offensive: vengeance/conquest Rune knight

Defensive: crown ancestor barb

Does barb paladin mutli makes sense with rage canceling spells and no heavy armor? What else can I use instead of barb? Which race makes more sense? Aasimar or human? If we put min max aside for flavor wise I am thinking it as a noble knight of an order. Maybe order for defending against otherworldly fiends and go watchers. Maybe knight of the crown? A punisher of the holy order? A lone paladin on a quest for power (conquest)?

What do you guys think? Give me cool ideas
