As a Necromancer Wizard how can I speed up my minion attacks so I don't bog down the action economy too much?

Post Body

I am going to be playing a necromancer Wizard, and he will be starting at lvl 8 so will be able to have quite a few skeletons to control. Aside from grouping them together and rolling ahead of my turn so the rolls are ready. What are some good ways to speed up having 10 minions in combat? I don't want to take away from the other players time but do NOT want to sacrifice my minions so that it runs smoothly. Also what are some problems/concerns you can think of that would come in to play controlling a bunch of minions? Any and all ideas welcome! Thanks for reading.
