I have a ct scan of my shoulder I'd like to print, I have been playing with 3d slicer but no matter what I do the humeral head looks like Swiss cheese. There is every chance that it is actually pretty bad, the purpose of the scan is to measure for a shoulder replacement but hopefully someone with skill and experience can make light work of it!
Edit: Thanks for all the responses - I should have been clear in my request. I'd like someone with experience specifically in segmenting bone from a dicom data set for the purpose of making a 3d model. More specifically, someone who is able to do so and can tell the difference between bone, osteophytes and the other debris floating around in my shoulder joint. If this is something you have specific experience in, please let me know.
