Why is this happening to my prints

Hi guys my print specs are below can anybody tell me what is causing the surface to be wavy and rough. Really struggling Iām thinking it might be not enough wall thickness but Iām not sure
Material: gizmodorks blue pla Temp: 207 Bed: 70 Speed: 100mm/s Layer height: .16mm
Using a klipper sonic pad and slicing with cura
