Creality Ender Pro-5 & Filament Advice on reselling

First off I apologize if I’m not allowed to post this, if I’m not please delete. So I have an end of profile that I’ve used a half a dozen times along with a bunch of filament that I am trying to find the best place to sell it. I posted it locally (Fort Lauderdale, Fl.) I just don’t seem to get much response. Any help would be greatly appreciate it, also what would you pay for an ender pro five with about 10 different color filaments?
