Is it concerning that the xyzprinting website is down... for multiple days?

So I just bought a XYZ 3D printer secondhand... and so far I'm regretting every part of the decision. I bought it missing a part (didn't know), that allows it to run because of filament DRM (didn't know), and now their website is completely down for multiple days...
I feel screwed.
Edit: One of the fixes I tried to bypass to attempt to bypass the DRM blocked the website. So ignore.
