Why is my printer slightly under extruding at the center of the bed and slightly over extruding at the corners?

Post Body

So I've been having issues with my bed being level so I just spent a long time adjusting and testing, adjusting and testing my ender 3. It appears that my bed is very slightly bowed downward in the center. I have a test print where it prints a single layer square at the four corners and the center and even when I adjust it so that the four corners are just barely over extruding the center still has tiny gaps between the lines. Should I contact creality about this kind of an issue? The printer wasn't originally like this so I don't know if this could get worse with time.
