After weeks of trying all sort of things i finally ran out of ideas and i hope anyone here can help me.
I upgraded the cooling and heatend fan of my anycubic mega S, including a new hotend shroud and cooler and ever since i didnt manage to complete a single first layer. The filament starts sticking to the hotbed after 3-4 cm, leaving a big part of it hanging in the air to be picked up later on.
What i have tried so far:
- new (mesh-)bed leveling (around 5 times by now)
- different settings for retract, hotend temperature, heatbed temperature, speeds (down to 10 mm/s)
- extruder calibration
- new nozzle (thought maybe the old one was partially clogged)
- pid calibration
Video of my latest try with the brand new nozzle (and meshbed leveling cleaned with alcohol)
