I'm at my wits end, I've spent so many nights just messing with this printer trying to get it to level. I've asked a few questions here and save for my first post I haven't gotten any help. I just wanna enjoy my printer but it's only been a headache and an annoyance.

I recently updated the firmware, followed the instructions to the T. Even Updated the touchscreen stuff as well just like the instructions told me. I was told updating my firmware would help with leveling via the BL Touch but as my luck would have it I've only gotten more problems since updating.

My Z-Home is now set to the top right corner of my printer and not the center now so thats fun and I still can't get the bed to level right. The corners all level just right, folded printer paper slides under them with the knobs just barely tight enough to catch the paper if I turned them any further. But the center is higher than the corners so I gotta deal with that.

Lastly after spending hours leveling, measuring, auto leveling, and so forth it prints to close to the bed and I was told it's due to my Z-Offset which to be 0.2mm away from the bed it has to be at -12.500 which is absurd? Idk I just want easy to understand answers that I can follow without much difficulty so I can finally print without worrying whether I need to adjust the bed any mid print.

So please please someone give me a hand, I'm on my last leg here. I'm considering just using the warrenty to send it back and get a new one to start fresh since I seemed to have royally screwed this one up. So please someone help me fix this mess. I'm heading to bed as I've been up since 2pm and it's currently 7am. Hopefully i can fix this tomorrow. Thank you for reading and have a nice night!
