Anyone know what material + post process to use for optically clear prints?

I’m interested in printing window panes for a project (a LED lantern). I’ve seen claims in the interwebs that this can be done, but no hints as to how yet. Googling is easy enough — what I’m curious about is if anyone on this sub has attempted it before and, if so, what the experience was like. I’m looking for a highly clear finish — more than “just” transparent filament.
