1st layer print is inconsistent between different prints
Post Body

I've been trying to figure this out all day yesterday, but still couldn't. It started when I noticed my nozzle height would be too low and squeeze the first layer, even though I just calibrated the 1st layer to be perfect the day before. I decided to re-calibrate it, by printing a single layer of square in the middle. I would pick a live Z and observe that the layer is perfect. However, I would to print the exact same gcode, right after again, with the same live Z, suddenly, there will be breaks between the lines, indicating the nozzle is too high again. This kept on happening. I looked online, and they said check if your PINDA is loose. I checked it, and realized it was loose! I was happy to realize that this could have been the issue, and I can put an end to this problem. So I tightened the PINDA to an ideal starting height, redid calibrate XYZ, and then live Z. However, the same issue would keep happening. Then, I found in the manual that if the PINDA is too high, it would cause fuzzy readings, and allow inconsistency between prints. So I lowered the PINDA, but it did not solve it. I know I'm rambling, but if anyone have experience with this and can help, it would be much appreciated. I will answer any question you guys have.

tl;dr: printer behaves differently every single print, even though I didn't change any setting. I already tightened the PINDA and made sure it wasn't too high from the bed.
