Background: I purchased my i3 Plus about a week ago and immediately began printing non-stop. Here is what I learned so far. 1. Make sure to tighten everything and check the already assembled screws, some were loose. 2. Get a glass bed. Period. My bed has some waviness to it and made adhesion a nightmare unless I used a raft. 3. When removing the Buildtak preheat the bed to 100c and try to remove as much of the adhesive as possible with the sheet. I then soaked the remaining adhesive with 91% isopropyl alcohol. 4. Print a longer spool holder. 5. Repetier Host wouldn't work with my Plus but Matter Control works great. 6. This is probably the most important. Calibrate the extruder. Mine was set to 94 steps and that only got me about 80mm when I extruded 100mm. Since then I haven't had any zits or blobs from my first print. Hope this helps anybody that has purchased a plus.
