Best way to model odd curves you can't measure easily?

I'm looking to make an auto coin sorter that fits in my oddly shaped Cruze door cup holder. I'm kind of at a loss on how to best measure and model this weird surface and was hoping someone might have an idea! I use SolidWorks and was thinking to do a loft, but can't figure out how to measure the wall angles for guide curves
