So I just put on a new extruder nozzle as the old one was clogged beyond repair before I got to this machine. Material seems to extrude correctly when loading the filament but when I go to print, it seems to be putting down incredibly thing layers that in the brim/skirt are not touching each other. This is also happening for the solid flat layers on the bottom. The individual strands that are extruded do not touch. http://imgur.com/T3jGOtN That shows pretty well whats happening. I'm using Simplify 3d for this particular print. The same thing i'm using with our replicator dual and getting good results. I obviously have it set for the replicator 2 not the dual, but I'm getting bad results. The new extruder seems to be smaller around than the old nozzle and a tiny bit longer. Any suggestions http://imgur.com/p4Y3BgN this one also shows the extruder. Thanks!
