Printing at 255c, bed 100c, layer height .1mm, 100% infill, cooling on 20% for bridges only, perimeter speed 100mm/s, small perimeter 25mm/s, external perimeter at 25mm/s, and infill 80mm/s. I have some luck on different prints, no splitting of layers at all, but on this one here the outermost corners keep expanding as it gets higher. Any tips to fix this?
Printed on a raft as a test, reprinting new piece now without a raft to prevent sagging on first layer. Pics of settings provided
