Newbie Here :/ Why is my PETG Filament coming out like this?

Not sure how to describe it other than posting these photos. It almost looks like little individual “spurts” coming out instead of one SOLID “line” if that makes any sense at all.
I’ve printed very nice, smooth items before but now it’s coming out this way.
To clarify I’m using a Voxelab Aries printer and Ultimaker Cura to edit the prints
Any help/insight to this problem is greatly appreciated!!
