Adaptive Gyroid Infill (Similar to Adaptive Cubic)

Post Body
I usually use Gyroid due to its balanced strength...however, I really like Adaptive Cubic's property of expansion in areas with large amounts of infill in order to save on filament costs.
Has anyone thought of creating a Gyroid Pattern with the added benefit of adaptive void infill?
Is that even possible?
