Post Body

hi! I just bought my first printer of Facebook marketplace today and I've been trying to set it up and print for like 2-3 hours now. I cannot for the life of me getting anything to work. It's a Ender 3 pro

  1. leveled the bed manually, now trying to print an x thing for bed leveling and it keeps trying to print from the origin (bottom left) instead of the center. everything I saw said to unclick print at origin, that didn't work so I tried with it clicked, nothing.

  2. no filament is even coming out, there was a little bit left in but the back end of it was just peaking out of the extruder entry clamp thing. so I touched the ends together of the old filament and the new one I'm loading in, it started shaking/vibrating while it was trying to print and the gears were moving but no filament was coming out.

  3. the y belt was off the bearing thing so the plate wasn't moving, I fixed that part, but it still seems to have a hard time

  4. oh and the origin on this bed is completely melted, I assume filament was left there or the nozzle was stuck on it and kept heating up

that's all I've run into so far. please PLEASE help, I have no idea what I'm doing but I'm really trying to learn. thank you!!
