Need thermistor help on an old printer!

I have a Qidi x-one 2 printer and I cannot find a thermistor replacement. I have tried a lot and had to return all of them so any help would be appreciated. Its crazy that the manufacturer doesn't even carry parts for this anymore. Also, any specs you can provide on this printer would be appreciated. Thanks!
