Problems slicing print.

I am trying to print this at 200% on dynamic quality with 15% infill. It takes a long time to slice and when it does the printer starts the first line of the skirt and freezes. It says there wad a power issue and to restart. I have never seen this and can't find any issues like this. Any help would be very appreciated.
