Is there a way to tell cura to leave a section I don’t want changed when I do a color change?

All of the features of the face are the same level as the outer most part of the circle. I added pause for color change but since the outside of the circle is the same hight as the facial features is going to change the colors as well. Is there a method to restrict what is changed other than just levels?
