So I have a CR-10v2 w/ Hemera that I'd like to eeke the last bit of performance out of. I was going to fully replace the motion system with linear rails and was browsing through other v2 owner's work and stumbled across a few who have converted their printer into a CoreXY and was intrigued.
So my question is: what's the theoretical max printing speed of a bed slinger before the mechanics start to negatively effect print quality? And what about a CoreXY? I already have a bunch of extrusion laying around (I was a dumbass supporter of the Cobblebot and I've never even taken that POS out of its box) so the conversion wouldn't necessarily cost much more, but would definitely be much more work. So what would you guys do and why?
