Hot Endis not heating in any capacity

Last night I set up a print to go while I went to sleep, when I woke up 6 hours later the filament had not adhered to the bed and the hot end nozzle was covered. When I removed the filament that was collected on the nozzle and tried to heat it to clean the remaining filament from the heat sink, the hot end temperature was showing -15°C. Trying to heat the hot end results in an error. This is a Bigtree Biqu B1 SE Plus.
