Amatuer Printer, Help With Texture

Just started printing this week, using a gifted finicky Prusa mki3. Doing 20% infil, 15mm Speed print with a 4mm nozzle, PLA. I believe I over supported this model, still learning, but my question is: how do I remove the linework from all over. I believe that’ll show up under paint and won’t be amazing.
Bonus points for how to remove these supports with damaging the model and parts.
