Designing a windmill with replaceable blades

I’ve been prototyping a windmill design using neodymium magnets (6x2mm) to connect these blades to this hub connected to a dc motor. However, when I power the motor up to 3 amps, the blades fly off. Unsure what grade magnets these are. Any suggestions on how I can improve my build?
