How/where can I make the best portfolio for/to get jobs?

I plan on hitting on on every business in my country to ask to work with as a free lancer for a 3d model/animation that they might need (like ads for them)

For this I do need a good portfolio, what is the best way to have one? Currently I only have a tiktok account making and showcasing the progress, I’m thinking art station but I’m sure there could be some other better something to put on?

I also planned on having my own website so people could find me ( I would advertise myself and get possible customers that way too ) but I’m thinkingnof doing ot after I start making money with it
