I was eating a melty bowl of ice cream and just fell in love with the textures.

I have been staring at that picture for days trying to figure out how to model it. I just have no clue. I am dieing to know how you would approach it. Is it within the realm of capabilities of 3DS? Is this a job more appropriate for ZBrush? ...or perhaps Substance Designer?
