BLK2GO Error Codes 20 and 31

We are enjoying our BLK2GO but Leica's support is not the most responsive. Does anyone have experience with the BLK2GO and specifically, knowledge of errors 20 and 31? We are receiving the errors ("Lidar failure Message Code 20" and "...31") on the linked iPad using the BLK2GO Live app.
