What this means is that the $99.99 Super Mario 3DS console will be $20 less due to that certificate.

Important: The Certificate is very specific about those price points. You need $100 for the second tier, so $99.99 won't cut it. Add anything for that extra penny. Even getting a single photo printed for 19 cents will work. Or a passport photo binder for less than a dollar.

Hardest part about getting this great deal is actually finding a store with it in-stock.
