We're back. Kind of. Clearing out the cobwebs. Much stuff broken. Much stuff coming. More details to come. So much spam.

Some questions from a Nintendo beginner who finally bought my first Nintendo system after 23 years of waiting.
Post Body

So after getting a great job post graduation I wanted to buy myself something special. I've always been an Xbox gamer, and I have a solid steam collection as well. But I've never owned a Nintendo system (sorry to all members of this sub I just offended.) So with the recent SSB release I figured I'd treat myself to a 3ds so I could finally check out all the great franchises I've been missing out on for the past 23 years.

I currently own Super Smash, Pokemon X, Mario Kart 7, and Super Mario 3d Land. I feel like I'm only missing a Zelda game now, which is part of why I'm here.

So I'd like to ask: 1 are there any great classics I can get cheap in the eShop (keep in mind I'm not too knowledgeable in Nintendo games) . 2 Any old zelda games I must play (preferably the cheaper old games since I've dropped some $$ already on my current collection in the past week) that I can find in the shop? 3 any tips for my current collection of games or really any tips for a beginner about the system or whatever.

I'm loving Smash, but I want to make sure I don't miss out on anything else. I love my purchase so far, but please treat this as a post giving advice to someone that knows nothing about Nintendo or their licenses. I like to consider myself slightly in the know, but the more details the better. Thanks for any help in advance!
