Will I enjoy Zelda Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons

If there is no nostalgia to be had, aka I never played it on the game boy color back in the days. If that is the case, should I just wait for the new Zelda? (better graphics, newer game) or Will I actually enjoy these 2 classics?
edit: I see so many people raving about it on this subreddit these couple of days. So tempted.
edit: Zelda games I played and enjoyed, Zelda OOT on N64 and Minish Cap. I don't remember play anything else
