3CX Voiphone outbound calls

Hi all, I know voiphone isn’t a “supported” provider, but as they offer a free service with 5 mins of calls they have been a steady resource to prove to people of the option of 3CX.

I have hit issue that I can’t seem to get outbound calls working. If a do a catch all OR an 01,02,03,07 11 digit rule or anything else.

I get a mix of call forbidden or called number does not exist.

Call logs give different results from No route exists, route disabled which are the common reasons.

Event logs goes show my sip trunk registered or where my user has logged in (registered) or logout (unregistered) the ext.

Inbound works 100%
