This task uses a cable whip. You have 3 locations to whip: left and right thighs, and stomach.
You shall whip yourself at a constant rate of 1 whip per second, and whip each location until you cannot take it anymore or rest for break your rhythm. For example, start off with whipping your left thigh, then once you need a break, move on to the right thigh, and finally move to your stomach.
There is no minimum or maximum number to reach (though if you do too badly there might be some extra training), and is entirely up to you to challenge yourself. If you can do too many then youโre probably hitting too gently.
Slave L, do this before your dinner tonight, and Slave J will do this tomorrow.
